The Brief:

NATS (National Air Traffic Services) were hosting a celebratory dinner for their employees, past and present.  The event was project managed by NATS inhouse, however they wanted to appoint a trusted event organiser to supply audio visual and filming services.

The Solution:

This gala dinner event helped Assured Events do what we like doing best for our client - going the extra mile! We worked with NATS to help them establish and realise their vision and worked alongside their other suppliers to make this event a real success.  The dinner was held  in the Concord Conference Centre, featuring dining tables nestled under the wings of Concorde. We really were able to bring our creativity to the fore at this event, creating a 'runway' with LED batons alongside the hangar and a 'star light' dance floor.  The gala dinner was not without its operational challenges, but this Manchester based Event Organiser  thrives on them!
