The Brief:

LEAD is a leadership development programme created by the North West Development Agency.  The NWDA were looking for a Manchester based event organiser who could offer a complete event management package.

The Solution:

The devil is in the detail and we made sure there was no hiding place! Here at Assured Events we used our  North West event  knowledge to carry out a thorough search for suitable venues in Liverpool, Lancashire, Preston and Manchester, performing full site visits on the short list.  We worked alongside NWDA to provide them with a full AV service, including the creation of master presentations and stage graphics.  Our service included sourcing and liaison of speakers and suppliers.  We offered NWDA complete conference delegate management, including the creation of an online booking website, reception hosting, badge production, dietary requirements and provision of suitable facilities for disabled delegates. Both events were filmed for the creation of a master DVD.  After the event, Assured Events also provided a full evaluation service, providing feedback to the client generated from the completion of delegate evaluation forms.  We leave no stone unturned when we are planning an event and ensure that our Client knows exactly what is happening at all times -  we believe that our approach to event organisation pays off - here’s what our Client had to say:
