Coca-Cola Enterprises: Travel Incentive

The Brief:    

Our client wished to incentivise the sales force of a key customer and was looking for an event that delivered the 'wow' factor.  Key to the brief was to offer a destination that incentive winners may not ordinarily have considered in their travel plans with friends and family.  As the trip was scheduled for November, the destination also had to offer plenty of event activities in this 'out of season' month.

The Challenge:

Where do you take a group of 60 people based in the UK for a 'once in a life time', action packed incentive weekend - that is close enough to home not to have to spend large amounts of time travelling?

The Solution:    

Event specialist, Assured Events recommended Reykjavik as the destination to impress.  Over their three day stay, the Client was able to experience some incredible natural wonders - such as watching the Northern Lights and bathing in the mineral and mud pool of the Blue Lagoon.  A super jeep safari and skidooing over glaciers stepped up the action!  Of course, there was plenty of time to enjoy the nightlife offered in Reykjavik, but no corporate incentive trip there would be complete without a spell in an ice hotel.  Assured Events provided total event management down to the last detail - including the provision of branded warm clothing to ensure that the Clients were able to participate in the activities in total comfort.   Assured Events were on hand to discretely host the event, ensuring that the Client could relax and enjoy this magical destination secure in the knowledge that everything was taken care of.
