Rafting & raftbuilding

Whether you want to set your team a challenge and get them to build a raft that can survive the demands of a race or give them the white knuckle thrill of experiencing the real thing…or both, we can create a teambuild day that no-one will forget.  Raft building challenges can be organised anywhere in the UK but rafting is specific to various locations.  Up to 200 people can participate and the activity could run for a half or full day.

 

 

Yachting

A great day for learning cooperation, prioritising, decision making, communication and motivation whether your team are experienced sailors or complete novices!  You will be allocated a boat with a skipper and you will be the crew.  Don’t expect a cruise – the skipper will put you to work straight away on various manouvers and time challenges.  If there are enough of you, we can arrange for multiple boats to race against each other!

This is a half or full day activity based in the Lake District.  Each boat can take 5.

 

 

Canoeing

Sea or freshwater canoeing is a great way for your team to bond.  They will have to work together to participate in various challenges and exercises.  Alternatively, the group could go on a kayak safari, exploring the coast or life along a lake.  Getting wet in the outdoors brings out the kid in everyone so expect lots of giggles!  This is a UK wide activity and can be a half or full day event for groups of up to 30 people.

 

 

Powerboats

You can either have a go at piloting an outrageously over-powered speed boat or for groups of up to 20, you can be taken on a high speed RIB sea safari.  Not for the feint hearted – this teambuild activity will leave your group pumped up for anything!  This is a coastal based, half day activity.
